Starting from the reasons that brought you to coaching, sessions can go down different paths:
If you have a specific goal in mind, we come up with a plan and make a roadmap to get you there.
If you are facing a challenge or struggling with a decision, we explore your ideal outcomes and how to make those happen. Or we can dig a little deeper and find out what exactly is challenging you about a specific situation or relationship.
If you don’t have a specific goal in mind but you are experiencing a general feeling of being lost or stuck or unhappy, we can explore the reasons why you’re feeling that way and discover new feelings, thoughts or scenarios that you’d like to manifest instead.
By asking questions and opening up new boxes, coaching allows you to get to the answers you need, get to know yourself a little better, change your life and reach your goals.
